01

Tell us about your gold

Share your name, licence details, district, estimated weight and how the gold was mined. We review the information before scheduling.

02

Meet at an approved location

Bring the gold and original documents to the agreed secure buying or assay location. Never send gold to an unknown courier.

03

Weigh and test together

The lot is weighed, sampled and tested with you present. Final settlement uses the verified fine-gold content—not appearance alone.

04

Review your written offer

You receive the weight, purity, reference price, agreed percentage, fees and net payment in writing before choosing to sell.

05

Complete lawful paperwork

Identity, mining licence, source declaration and required transaction documents are checked and recorded.

06

Receive secure payment

After acceptance and compliance approval, payment is sent by Mobile Money or, when approved, BTC. You receive a transaction record.

A simple formula you can verify.

The illustrative purchase calculation is based on the recognized international spot price for pure gold, adjusted for the assay result and the agreed purchase percentage.

Net offerWeight × Purity × Entered spot value × We pay this percentage of market value − disclosed fees

Illustration only. The final rate depends on verified purity, quantity, market conditions, processing cost and complete compliance documents. We never guarantee a price before testing.
